If he finds time, Brother Eli writes essays and books for his avid followers. Once in the late 1990s, he wrote Leaving behind the Fundamental Doctrines of Christ and this time around, for Believer Newsmagazine. For our community online, we are bringing Brother Eli's articles here straight from the said magazine.

Everyone is sure candidate and may be nominated, and that heightens the difficulty of selecting who will be featured. So we set out qualifications for the rightful Kaanib who must be given spotlight: a member who lives an inspiring and interesting life because everyone agrees; or someone who may never have won the Presidential race or the Nobel Peace Prize but knows why exactly it pays to be a Christian.
